Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 01

Arrive Srinagar

✈️ Airport to Houseboat

Arrive Srinagar. Transfer to your traditional Dal Lake houseboat — a floating palace with carved wooden interiors and panoramic mountain views. Evening shikara ride through the lake, passing floating gardens and kingfisher birds. Welcome Kashmiri Wazwan dinner. Overnight on houseboat.

Day 02

Srinagar Sightseeing

🎈 Mughal Gardens & Markets

Post breakfast, visit the magnificent Mughal Gardens — Shalimar Bagh (Garden of Love), Nishat Bagh (Garden of Bliss) and Chashme Shahi (Royal Spring). Afternoon visit Hazratbal Shrine and Shankaracharya Temple for panoramic views. Evening at Lal Chowk market for saffron, Kashmiri shawls and dry fruits. Overnight on houseboat.

Day 03

Srinagar to Pahalgam

🏞 Valley of Shepherds

Drive to Pahalgam (2,130m, 3 hrs) through the breathtaking Lidder Valley. En route visit Saffron fields of Pampore (seasonal) and Avantipur ruins. Pahalgam — the filming location of countless Bollywood classics. Afternoon walk to Betaab Valley and Aru Valley. Overnight Pahalgam.

Day 04

Pahalgam Leisure

🗷 Baisaran – Mini Switzerland

Morning trek or pony ride to Baisaran meadow (called Mini Switzerland) — a vast green meadow surrounded by dense pine forests and snow peaks. Afternoon river-side leisure along Lidder River. Optional white-water rafting (extra cost). Overnight Pahalgam.

Day 05

Pahalgam to Gulmarg

⛽ Meadow of Flowers

Drive to Gulmarg (2,650m, 4 hrs) — one of the world's highest golf courses and Asia's premier ski resort. Check in. Afternoon ride the famous Gulmarg Gondola (Phase 1 & 2) to Kongdori and Apharwat Peak at 3,980m for breathtaking views of Nanga Parbat. Overnight Gulmarg.

Day 06

Gulmarg Leisure & Skiing

⛽ Snow Sports

Full day at Gulmarg — skiing (seasonal), snowboarding, sledging and horse rides on the meadows. Visit Maharani Temple and St. Mary's Church. Afternoon drive to Tangmarg viewpoint. Last evening souvenir shopping. Overnight Gulmarg.

Day 07

Gulmarg to Srinagar – Departure

✈️ Homeward Bound

After breakfast, drive to Srinagar airport (1.5 hrs) for your onward flight. Take home saffron, Kashmiri carpets and memories of paradise on earth!
