Terms & Conditions

By booking a trip or using services provided by Timeless Trips, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance deposit as communicated to you in writing
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
• Timeless Trips reserves the right to accept or decline any booking at our sole discretion
• A booking confirmation email or WhatsApp message constitutes the contract between you and Timeless Trips
• Bookings made on behalf of a group bind all members of that group to these terms

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are per person unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and deposit received
• Confirmed bookings will not be subject to price increases caused by currency fluctuations or supplier cost changes
• GST at the applicable rate is included in our package prices unless stated otherwise
• Full payment is typically required 15 days before departure; specific payment schedules will be communicated at booking

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

Each package clearly lists what is included and excluded. Items not explicitly listed as included are the traveller's responsibility. Common exclusions include adventure activity fees, personal shopping, gratuities, visa fees and travel insurance unless explicitly stated in the package description.

4. Travel Documents

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents required for your trip, including a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity), visa, Aadhar card or other applicable ID. Timeless Trips will provide visa guidance and assistance but is not responsible for visa rejection, delays, or denial of entry by immigration authorities. No refund will be given for trips missed due to invalid documents.

5. Health, Fitness & Safety

• You confirm that you are physically fit and healthy for the activities described in your chosen package
• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, disabilities or dietary requirements at the time of booking
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation and personal liability
• Timeless Trips follows all applicable government safety guidelines for the destinations covered

6. Limitation of Liability

Timeless Trips acts as a travel organiser and agent for independent suppliers including hotels, transport providers and activity operators. While we take great care in selecting our partners, we are not liable for:

• Accidents, illness, injury, death or loss of personal belongings during the trip
• Service disruptions, delays or changes caused by third-party suppliers
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, government orders, or pandemics
• Any loss or damage arising from inaccurate information provided by the traveller

In all cases, our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for your booking.

7. Traveller Behaviour

Timeless Trips reserves the right to remove any traveller from a trip whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, illegal, or a danger to others. In such cases, no refund will be issued and the traveller will be responsible for all costs of repatriation.

8. Photography & Marketing Consent

By booking with us, you consent to Timeless Trips using photographs or videos taken during your trip (in which you may appear) for marketing purposes including social media and our website. You may withdraw this consent by informing us in writing before your trip departs.

9. Disputes & Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from a booking with Timeless Trips shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jind, Haryana, India.
