Arrive Noi Bai Airport. Transfer to Hanoi Old Quarter hotel. Afternoon cyclo ride through the 36 ancient guild streets. Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. Evening at Bia Hoi Corner for the world's cheapest fresh beer and street food. Overnight.
Day 02
⛰️ Ho Chi Minh & Temple of Literature
Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum complex (Presidential Palace and One Pillar Pagoda). Vietnam Museum of Ethnology. Temple of Literature (Van Mieu, 1070 AD). Evening Tran Quoc Pagoda. Overnight.
Day 03
🏘 Emerald Waters & Caves
Morning transfer to Ha Long Bay (3.5 hrs). Board luxury junk cruise. Sail through UNESCO-listed Ha Long Bay — 1,600+ limestone karsts. Visit Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave). Kayak through hidden lagoons. Sunset cocktails on deck. Overnight on board.
Day 04
🏘 Tai Chi at Sunrise
Dawn Tai Chi on sundeck. Floating fishing village visit. Cooking demo — make Vietnamese spring rolls. Disembark to Hanoi. Fly to Da Nang. Transfer to Hoi An. Overnight.
Day 05
🏮 Lantern-Lit Streets
Hoi An Ancient Town (UNESCO) — Japanese Covered Bridge (400 years old), Assembly Halls and ancient merchant houses. Afternoon lantern-making workshop. Evening Hoi An lit by hundreds of silk lanterns — release a lantern on the Thu Bon River. Overnight.
Day 06
🏙 Saigon Arrival
Fly Da Nang to HCMC. Afternoon Cu Chi Tunnels — 200 km underground network used by Viet Cong. Visitors can crawl through tunnels. Evening at Bui Vien Walking Street. Overnight HCMC.
Day 07
⛰️ War Remnants Museum
War Remnants Museum. Reunification Palace. Notre-Dame Cathedral and Central Post Office (Eiffel design). Ben Thanh Market for Vietnamese coffee, silk and spices. Farewell dinner with pho bo and fresh spring rolls. Overnight.
Day 08
✈️ Xin Chào Vietnam!
Transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport. Take home Vietnamese coffee, lacquerware and memories of Vietnam's beauty, resilience and warmth.
